Guests who would like to receive an Invoice headed<\/strong> to a company, are requested to communicate their will during check-in as well as to promptly communicate the details of the same, otherwise the property will issue a nominative invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cancellation of the reservation must be sent to the property in writing, the property reserves the right to apply a penalty as per the Cancellation Policy<\/strong> indicated below:
\u2013 up to 24h before the check-in date: free cancellation;
\u2013 in case of cancellation later than 24 hours before the check-in date: charge of the first night of stay;
\u2013 in case of No Show: charge of the first night of stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The changes made to the Length of Stay<\/strong> (example: bringing the departure date forward), once the check-in has been carried out, involve the payment of one night\u2019s stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of Theft or Damage<\/strong> caused by the guest to the property during the stay, the management reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is necessary to Check-in Online<\/strong> and complete the payment for the stay before arriving at the facility, otherwise it will not be possible to access the facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the day of arrival the rooms are available after 3 pm until 11 pm. Before 3 pm it is impossible to access the property and it is not possible to check-in earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 11 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only after having performed the Online Check-in and completed the payment for the stay, the Guests will receive by e-mail, prior to arrival, the information relating to the access methods to the facility and the room, specifically a personal access code to be insert in a keypad to open the main door and the door of the assigned room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
